Grey pashmina shawl in cashmere and silk

A pashmina shawl in 60% cashmere and 40% silk, in grey. The silk carries the dye differently from the cashmere, so the grey has a melange depth and a light sheen rather than a flat, matte surface — and the cashmere half of the blend does the warming.

Grey is the shade that asks least of the rest of an outfit, and at 200 x 90 cm this shawl is big enough to take on real work: open across the shoulders indoors, folded double around the neck over a coat, or spread over the knees on a long journey. At 94 grams it takes up almost no room when it is not needed. The full range sits in silk/cashmere.
