Mouse grey pashmina shawl in cashmere/silk

A pashmina shawl in mouse grey, woven from 60% cashmere and 40% silk. The blend is what gives it its character: silk and cashmere absorb dye differently, so the colour carries a melange effect, and the silk adds a sheen that pure cashmere, being matte, does not.

At 90 x 200 cm it is a full-size shawl, and at 94 grams still thin and light — wide enough to drape across the shoulders, soft enough to wind around the neck. The ends finish in natural fringe.

Handwoven in a basket weave from cashmere of 15 µm at our own weaving mill in Nepal, alongside our other silk and cashmere shawls.
