Dark olive green pashmina shawl in cashmere and silk

An olive green pashmina shawl, woven from 60% cashmere and 40% silk. Because the two fibres take colour differently, the blend gives a melange effect rather than a single flat shade, and the silk adds a lustre that pure matte cashmere does not offer.

The weave is basket weave, the ends finish in natural fringes, and the shawl measures 90 x 200 cm at a weight of 94 grams. It is a size that works as a wrap for the shoulders and a scarf around the neck without ever feeling heavy in either role.

Care: Wash the shawl by hand in lukewarm water with a mild detergent intended for wool and silk. Do not rub or wring it — press the water out in a towel instead, then dry it flat and away from direct sunlight. The tumble dryer is never an option for this blend.
