Dove blue pashmina shawl in cashmere and silk

A pashmina shawl woven from 60% cashmere and 40% silk, in dove blue. The blend does not behave like pure cashmere: silk takes the dye differently from cashmere, which gives the surface a gentle sheen and a melange depth of colour, while the cashmere keeps the cloth soft and warm to wear.

The shawl is 200 x 90 cm and weighs only 94 grams, so it packs down small in a bag and still opens out wide enough to cover the shoulders. That makes it as useful over a dress on a cool evening as it is wound around the neck under a winter coat. The rest of the range is in silk/cashmere.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with a detergent intended for cashmere and silk. Do not wring the shawl; press the water out in a towel and dry it flat, away from direct heat and sunlight. Our washing and care instructions go through it step by step.
