Ice blue cashmere scarf

Ice blue is a pale, cool blue, and in cashmere it stays light without looking thin. The scarf is handwoven in twill, and the weave's diagonal parallel ribs are what give the pale colour its depth — the surface catches the light rather than sitting flat against it.

It is 100% cashmere, spun from 15 micron fibre, measuring 70 x 200 cm and weighing 135 grams. Wound twice it sits close at the throat; opened out it works as a stole over a coat or a dress.

Care: Airing the scarf outdoors is usually enough to freshen it. When washing is needed, use a wool and cashmere detergent — hand wash in lukewarm water or machine wash on the wool programme at 30 degrees. Never tumble dry, and never wring the water out; dry it flat on a towel instead. See our washing and care instructions for cashmere.
