Burgundy pashmina shawl in 2 ply twill

A burgundy shawl woven from pure cashmere in a twill weave, so the cloth carries fine diagonal ribs and falls in soft folds. The fibre measures 15 microns and the whole stole weighs 65 grams.

The 70 x 200 cm size is generous enough to drape full length over an evening dress and let the ends hang, and just as workable folded twice around the neck over a winter coat. It weighs so little that you forget you are wearing it.

Woven at our own weaving mill in Nepal, then hand-finished. The other colours in the same quality are gathered under twill weave stoles.

Care: Airing outdoors overnight is often enough. For washing, use lukewarm water by hand or the wool programme at 30 degrees with a wool and cashmere detergent, then dry the stole flat — never in the tumble dryer. See the washing and care page.
