Blue pashmina stole in diamond weave

A stole in pure cashmere, blue, woven from 15 micron yarn — the fineness that makes cashmere feel soft against the neck rather than merely warm.

Diamond weave is a variation of twill, and it is what gives this stole its surface: a pattern that reflects the light as the cloth moves with you. At 70 x 200 cm it is the classic stole size — long enough to loop twice around the neck or to drape open over a coat — and at 95 grams it weighs almost nothing folded into a bag. The same weave comes in other colours among our diamond weave stoles.

It is handwoven in our own weaving mill in Nepal, on the handlooms described in our guide to weaving.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with a detergent made for wool and cashmere, press the water out in a towel rather than wringing it, and dry the stole flat. Our washing and care instructions go through it step by step.
