Steel blue pashmina stole in diamond weave

A steel blue stole in pure cashmere, woven in a diamond weave — a variation of twill in which the structure forms a diamond figure in the cloth.

Seventy by two hundred centimetres at 95 grams makes this a stole for the in-between months, when a coat is too much and a bare neck is too little. Wound twice it closes a collar; left open it lies flat across the shoulders. The yarn is spun from 15 µm cashmere fibre.

Care: Air the stole outdoors between wears; that is usually all it needs. For a wash, use a wool and cashmere detergent at 30 °C on the wool programme, or by hand in lukewarm water without rubbing. Dry it flat, keep it out of the tumble dryer, and use a cashmere comb on any pilling. Our washing and care guide has the detail.
