Grey brown pashmina shawl in diamond weave

Diamond weave is a variation of twill in which the weave forms the shape of a diamond, and it catches the light in a way a plain weave does not. In grey brown it is a quiet effect — the pattern is in the cloth itself rather than in a second colour.

Pure cashmere of 15 micron, 95 grams, 70 x 200 cm. That is a light shawl by any measure, and still enough of it to keep the cold off on an autumn evening, whether wound at the neck or worn open. The rest of the family is in our diamond weave stoles.
