Small fuchsia colored cashmere scarf

A small cashmere scarf in fuchsia, woven from 100% cashmere. The fibre measures 15 µm and the whole scarf comes to 50 grams, so it folds down into a handbag and still does its job around your neck.

The format is 150 x 30 cm — long and narrow, the proportions of a scarf you knot or loop rather than one you drape over your shoulders. It works over a shirt indoors as easily as under a coat outdoors. The same size in our other colours is in small cashmere scarves.

It is woven in twill, the weave whose diagonal structure gives the cloth its soft fall, and it is made by hand at our own weaving mill in Nepal. More about that work in handwoven scarves and shawls.

Care: Air the scarf outdoors overnight rather than washing it when it is not really dirty. For a wash, use a detergent intended for wool and cashmere, dry it flat on a dry towel and never put it in the tumble dryer. The full method is on our page of washing and care instructions for cashmere.
