Two coloured shaded pashmina shawl in peach and cream

A two coloured shaded pashmina shawl where a soft peach sinks slowly into cream. The two colours are dyed so they blend into one another rather than meet at a seam, and the shawl reads as one long gradient from end to end.

It is woven in pure cashmere from 15 µm fibres and weighs only 65 grams — light enough to gather in one hand, warm enough to keep on all evening. The twill weave gives the surface a fine diagonal grain and a fluid, weightless drape.

At 70 x 200 cm there is plenty of cloth to work with: draped over the shoulders with a summer dress, wound twice around the neck over a winter coat, or folded loosely as a wrap for a cool evening. It is handwoven at our own weaving mill in Nepal.
