Dove blue knitted cashmere scarf

A cashmere scarf in dove blue, knitted rather than woven, from a single fibre at 15 µm. That grade is what makes cashmere worth the money: warmth without the weight, and a surface that does not irritate the skin under the jaw.

It measures 180 x 50 cm. The length gives you options — draped straight down the front of a coat, looped once, or thrown back over a shoulder — and the 50 cm width means it still functions as a wrap indoors when you want something over your arms.

Care: Air it overnight rather than washing it whenever you can. For a real clean, use a wool and cashmere detergent, hand wash in lukewarm water or use the machine's 30°C wool programme, and avoid rubbing — that is what felts the fibres together.
