At a 15-micron quality this is among the finer grades of the fibre, which is also why it feels gentle against the forehead instead of prickling. Care: Air it overnight instead of washing it whenever it is not actually soiled. When a wash is needed, use the wool programme at 30 °C or lukewarm water by hand with a wool and cashmere detergent, press rather than wring, and dry it flat on a towel — never in a tumble dryer.
