Cashmere scarf in petrol blue spray pattern

Cashmere scarf in petrol blue, with a spray-dyed pattern. The colour is sprayed on, so every piece has its own expression, and the cloth itself is woven in twill.

The scarf measures 70 x 200 cm — long enough to wrap as a shawl, wide enough to fold double as a neck scarf, and equally usable as a plain scarf. It is handwoven at our own weaving mill in Nepal, on authentic handlooms, according to old traditions and almost entirely without the use of electricity. Care: Air the scarf overnight outdoors instead of washing it whenever that will do. When it needs washing, use a detergent made for wool and cashmere, by hand in lukewarm water or at 30 °C on the machine's wool programme, without rubbing the fabric. Dry it flat on a towel, never in the tumble dryer. Pills that form where it rubs against a coat come away easily with a cashmere comb. See washing and care instructions for cashmere.
