Blue and red tartan scarf

A tartan scarf woven in pure lambswool, in blue and red. Lambswool comes from the lamb's first shearing, and the fibre is finer and softer than ordinary sheep's wool – a scarf that warms without weighing anything.

It is woven in twill, so the cloth drapes rather than holds a crease, and at 190 x 35 cm it has the classic scarf proportions: long enough to loop, narrow enough to tuck inside a coat. There is more tartan and plain wool in our scarves collection.

Care: Wash by hand in lukewarm water, or on the wool programme at 30 degrees, with a detergent intended for wool and cashmere. Do not rub the wool, never tumble dry, and dry the scarf flat on a towel. The full instructions are on our washing and care page.
