Dip-dye shawl in black/brown

A dip-dye shawl in pure cashmere, where black melts into brown. Dip-dyeing gives the cloth two colours that blend into one another rather than meeting at a hard line, so the shawl shifts tone depending on how you fold and wear it.

The cashmere measures 15 µm at the fibre — fine enough to feel soft against the skin and warm without weight. It is woven in twill, which gives the cloth its subtle diagonal rib and a supple drape. At 90 x 200 cm it is a generous size: wide enough to wrap around the shoulders on a cool evening, long enough to wind loosely at the neck. See the rest of our dip dye shawls.

Care: Cashmere prefers airing to washing. When it does need a wash, hand wash it in lukewarm water with a detergent made for wool and cashmere, press the water out rather than wringing, and dry it flat on a towel. Our washing and care instructions for cashmere go through the whole routine.
