Lime green square cashmere scarf

Pure cashmere with nothing blended into it, woven as a 140 x 140 cm square. The twill weave gives the cloth its fine diagonal ribs, and with a fibre thickness of 15 µm the scarf stays soft and light in spite of the amount of fabric.

The colour is lime green. Knotted loosely at the throat the square works as a scarf; opened out, it works as a shoulder wrap over a jacket or a dress. That is the appeal of the format — it is easy to fold, knot and vary, and it has stayed a classic among accessories for exactly that reason.

Care: Air the scarf rather than washing it whenever that will do. For a real wash, hand wash or run a wool programme at 30 °C with a detergent made for wool, skip the tumble dryer, and dry it flat. A garment steamer is gentler than an iron. Details on our washing and care page.
