Blue herringbone scarf

A scarf woven in pure lambswool, in blue, with a herringbone pattern. Lambswool comes from the lamb's first shearing, so the fibre is finer and softer than ordinary sheep's wool – warm to wear, but never bulky.

Herringbone is among the oldest patterns in wool weaving, and it belongs on a scarf of exactly this shape: 190 x 35 cm gives you the length to wrap or loop, and a narrow width that sits comfortably under a coat collar. More woven wool in our scarves collection.

Care: Wash by hand in lukewarm water, or on your machine's wool programme at 30 degrees, with a detergent intended for wool and cashmere. Avoid rubbing the wool, never tumble dry, and dry it flat on a towel rather than hanging it wet. The full instructions are on our washing and care page.
