Soft pink flecked rib knitted cashmere hat

A rib knitted hat in pure cashmere, soft pink with a flecked finish. At 15 µm the cashmere is fine enough to sit directly against the forehead and the ears without any of the scratch a hat is otherwise prone to.

The rib knit does the fitting work: it draws in around the head, holds through the day, and returns to shape afterwards. Warm and light together, which is the point of cashmere in something this small. One size, and it sits well with a snood or a neck warmer.

Care: Wash by hand in lukewarm water or on the machine's wool programme at 30 degrees, with a detergent intended for wool and cashmere. Keep it out of the tumble dryer and dry it flat on a towel.
