Blue flecked cashmere beanie

A beanie knitted in pure cashmere, blue with a flecked finish. The yarn measures 15 µm, which is what lets a knit this warm still feel soft where it touches the forehead and the ears.

It is the least complicated piece of winter clothing there is: pull it on, and the cold morning becomes a good deal shorter. Light enough to keep on without overheating the moment you step indoors, and small enough to live in a coat pocket the rest of the time. One size, and a natural companion to a snood or a neck warmer.

Care: Wash it by hand in lukewarm water or on the machine's wool programme at 30 degrees, using a detergent made for wool and cashmere. Never tumble dry — dry it flat on a towel.
