Beige knitted dress in lovely merino/cashmere quality

A knitted dress in a blend of 90% merino and 10% cashmere, in beige. The merino carries the warmth, and the ten per cent cashmere softens the yarn so the dress can be worn against the skin.

A knitted dress is comfortable and elegant at once, and easy to dress up or down – with boots and a coat through the winter, with flat shoes and bare legs when it turns milder. Beige is a quiet base to build on, and it takes a scarf or a belt in almost any colour.

Care: Wash with a detergent intended for wool and cashmere – by hand in lukewarm water, or on the wool programme at 30°C – and do not rub the knit. Never tumble dry. Dry the dress flat on a towel rather than on a hanger: a wet knitted dress is heavy, and the weight of the water will pull it out of shape. Use a garment steamer instead of an iron.
