Oversize scarf in off-white with stripes in mocca and taupe

Stripes in mocca and taupe on an off-white ground, woven into an oversize scarf of 50% cashmere/50% wool. The two fibres complement each other — cashmere for softness, wool for the structure that keeps a large scarf from going limp — and the yarn measures 15 µm.

The weave is basket weave and the scarf measures 90 x 200 cm. At that size it can be worn as a wrap across the shoulders or wound around the neck in several turns. It is listed with our cashmere scarves.

Care: This is a wool scarf throughout, so air it rather than washing it after every wearing. When washing is needed, use a wool detergent and either hand wash or a wool cycle at 30°C, then dry it flat on a towel — not in a tumble dryer, not on a hanger. A cashmere comb takes off any pilling.
