Cashmere shawl in turquoise/black houndstooth

A shawl in pure cashmere, woven in houndstooth in black and turquoise. The yarn is spun from cashmere fibre of 15 µm.

At 90 x 200 cm this is a shawl rather than a scarf — wide enough to wear over the shoulders as a wrap, and still long enough to fold around the neck. It belongs with the rest of our checkers and stripes.

Handwoven at our own weaving mill in Nepal.

Care: Wash by hand in lukewarm water, or in the machine on the wool programme at 30 degrees, using a detergent made for wool and cashmere. Never tumble dry — dry the shawl flat on a towel. Pills can be lifted off with a cashmere comb. The full instructions are on our washing and care page.
